Store Policies Return Policies: We take special care in packing your order, but some orders may shift in transit and may cause parts to become loose or fall off. Please note that very minor imperfections , while not common, do occur. However, some items may be received defective beyond repair, and we will be more than happy to replace the them for you. If your merchandise arrives damaged, keep the original shipping carton and email us immediately so that we may file a claim with shipping carrier. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes or internationally will not be covered by shipping carrier if damaged.
Shipping charges will not be refunded if your order is returned for one of the following reasons: 1. Purchased item somewhere else and did not cancel your order with us before it was shipped. 2. Changed your mind and did not cancel order before the order was shipped. 4. Orders returned without explanation. 2. Did not like the item after you received it. 3. Failure to follow our Return Policy. 4. You have moved and failed to notified us of your new address before we shipped your order. If you wish the order to be shipped to your new address after it is returned to us you will be charged a new shipping charge. 15% Restocking Fees Will Be Charged On All Cancelled or Returned Orders. We do not have control of manufacturer imperfections that are common with factory produced models, adio-on-line.com may not be held responsible for return shipping costs. We will however, replace any defective merchandise within 7 days of our shipping date and the replacement will be shipped at our cost. All returns must be received in original packaging. If item was taken out of the box, we will charge 15% restocking fees.
